INGREDIENTS
- Small handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 6 chunks of fresh pineapple
METHOD
Add all ingredients to TOUR flask.
Use top attachment of tea infuser to hold in fruit as you drink.
Place lid on securely. Agitate and allow to sit for 5 minutes to infuse. Enjoy.
