INGREDIENTS
- 6 chunks of fresh pineapple
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Sliced fresh ginger, to taste
- 1 tsp honey
METHOD
Add ingredients to TOUR flask.
Top with water.
Use top attachment of tea infuser to hold in fruit as you drink.
Place lid on securely. Enjoy!
